Shelf-Chest Day, I have a killer training session today and you can do the same. Crazy pump and volume. 1)incline press 4x12 incrementing weight according to your strength. 2)incline press with dumbbell 4x12 and 10 partials (that is killer) make sure to hit full stretch and those partials focused on the pump. 3)alternating incline press palms facing in. 4) incline push ups 4x15. That's it! Focused mainly on form and squeeze.
